Product Description

Stainless Steel Mounted Bearing Units SSUCFL200 Series is the Sani-Guard Sealing System. The system consists of a metal backed silicon rubber barrier seal that is designed to block dirt & moisture from entry . Mounted Bearing Units SSUCFL200 Series metal backed silicon rubber seal snaps into a groove in the outer race, preventing contact with the Ball Bearing retainer while improving the seal. The insert bearing`s unique construction is further enhanced by positioning a slinger that rotates with the outer bearing ring in front of the seal. This stainless steel slinger creates a labyrinth barrier channel, which when teamed with the silicon seal creates the Sani-Guard Sealing System that protects the critical bearing races.

2 Bolt Flange Bearing Units SSUCFL200 Series

With wash-down applications in mind our stainless housings are made from 304 fine grain stainless steel and are media tumbled, providing an exceptionally smooth and cleanable surface. The design for the Stainless Steel Mounted Bearing Units SSUCFL200 Series (SSUCFL), 3-bolt (SSUCFB) and 4 Bolt Flange Bearing Units (SSUCF) feature solid back construction which not only increases strength, but reduces cavities and the potential for bacteria build-up. The pillow block (SSUCP) and tapped base (SSUCPA) also feature solid base construction for increased stability and durability.
