The Stainless Steel Mounted Bearing Units SSUCPA200A Series metal backed silicon rubber seal snaps into a groove in the outer race, preventing contact with the Ball Bearing retainer while improving the seal. The Tap Base Pillow Block Units SSUCPA200A Series is further enhanced by positioning a slinger that rotates with the outer bearing ring in front of the seal. This stainless steel slinger creates a labyrinth barrier channel, which when teamed with the silicon seal creates the Sani-Guard Sealing System that protects the critical bearing races.

Corrosion resistant housing and bearing options include Cast iron, Stainless Steel, Thermoplastic and Nickel plating.
B-type seals or L3 triple lip seals available for extra sealing needs.
Wide inner race bearing.
With wash-down applications in mind our stainless housings are made from 304 fine grain stainless steel and are media tumbled, providing an exceptionally smooth and cleanable surface. The design for the Mounted Bearing Units (SSUCFL), 3-bolt (SSUCFB) and 4 Bolt Flange Bearing Units (SSUCF) feature solid back construction which not only increases strength, but reduces cavities and the potential for bacteria build-up. The pillow block (SSUCP) and tapped base (SSUCPA) also feature solid base construction for increased stability and durability.
