Drawn Cup Needle Clutch HF-KFR Series:The outer ring in the form of a cup is accurately drawn and no subsequent machining is performed to build the outer raceway. Needle Roller Clutch Assembly HF-KFR Series are available in open ends or single, closed-end designs. High Precision Needle Bearing HF-KFR Series also are available with one or two integral seals. Other options include a single lubricating hole and matching inner ring.
High Precision Needle Bearing HF-KFR Series with a closed end open ends are components containing thin-walled drawn external rings and needle roller and lock in assemblies. Drawn cup need Roller Bearings with open ends come with complete complement variants. Most of the bearings are single row designs.
Needle Roller Clutch Assembly HF-KFR Series with closed ends and open ends are obtainable in open and closed variants. Owing to the thin-walled external drawn cup and the lack of an internal ring, Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings with a closed end and open ends have a very low radial section height. They contain extremely high load carrying ability, are appropriate for high velocities and can be effortlessly fixed. If snap rings, shoulders, etc., are not used for axial location, the housing bore can be shaped effortlessly and in particular economical.
